Our goal is to provide a national network of mail-based syringe access providers to support people who use drugs that cannot or will not access in-person resources.

Please check out pre-existing harm reduction services in your area before filling out the application with NEXT. In-person syringe exchange programs are excellent places to receive non-judgemental support and services. We believe that in-person harm reduction support is always best. If you don’t have transportation but live near an existing syringe exchange program, let us know and we will work to connect you with the program closest to you- many have delivery-based syringe access opportunities to ensure your convenience and privacy.
