NEXT’s mail-based services are designed to support individuals who are unable or unwilling to access in-person services in Wisconsin. To qualify for free mail-based naloxone distribution, you will need to view a training video, answer a short quiz, and provide request details . Please note that NEXT does not interact with health insurance in any way, for that reason our enrollment form is not HIPAA compliant. We will share your enrollment information with our Wisconsin affiliate Gwayakobimaadiziwin / Bad River Harm Reduction who will be mailing supplies to you in discrete packaging from their office.
At this time, we are mailing intramuscular naloxone in the state of Wisconsin. If you strongly prefer Narcan nasal spray, please mention that in the comments of your request. If you request Narcan nasal spray, please monitor your email inbox as we may reach out to your about your request. We can not always accommodate requests for Narcan nasal spray — you may still receive intramuscular naloxone.
