The enrollment application form is currently closed for our monthly scheduled closure and will reopen Friday, 1/19.

The enrollment from closes for 1 week each month to allow the NEXT team time to catch up on mailing and improve our services.

Some programs are provide delivery or their own mailing. If you are in a region with a syringe exchange program but cannot get there- call to ask if they can make any accommodations to meet your needs.

If you need syringes and are able to purchase them online, Amazon sells boxes of 100 count Easy Touch for about $17. Search “EasyTouch box of 100” on Amazon. Syringe packs of 10 are also available on Amazon for around $5.

Fentanyl test strips can be purchased for $1.25 on dosetest.com
